For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Platform whether such person uses the Service as a free member or a paid member. For the purpose of the Terms and wherever the context so requires, the terms "Member" shall also mean any person who uses or accesses, whether through manual or automated means, the Platform or the Service in any manner whatsoever including persons browsing the Platform and its content, posting comments or any content or responding to any advertisements or content on the Platform. The term "Member" also includes persons such as father, mother, brother, sister, relative or a friend ("Registrant") of the prospective bride/ bridegroom. The terms "You" and "User" shall be interchangeably used for "Member".

The Platform and the Service are provided to you subject to these Globalganapati Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"). In order to use the Globalganapati Platform and the Services you must register as a member on the Website/ mobile application. You understand and acknowledge that Globalganapati platform is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Platform and to become a "Member".

By using the Globalganapati Platform and its Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Additionally, when using a portion of the Service, you agree to conform to any applicable posted guidelines for such Service, which may change or be updated from time to time at Globalganapati’s sole discretion. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guideline, or any subsequent changes thereto or become unhappy with Globalganapati or the Service in any way, your only choice is to immediately discontinue the use of Globalganapati. These Terms may be updated by Globalganapati at any time at its sole discretion. Globalganapati may send you notices of changes to the Platform.

a) To register as a member of the Globalganapati platform, you must be an Indian Nationals & Citizen OR Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) OR Non Resident Indians (NRI) OR Persons of Indian Descent / Indian Heritage. Also you must be aged 18 years and above.

b) To use matrimony section of the Globalganapati platform, terms as mentioned in (a) and the following

I) you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).

II) matrimony profile created for the person must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).

III) matrimony profile created for the person who intend to marry persons of Indian Origin.

IV) If profile person has applied for Divorce, you may register on our Platformby stating "Awaiting Divorce".

V) In case you are a Registrant of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and has created profile in Globalganapati Platform on behalf of them or is accessing the Globalganapati Platform on behalf of them, implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in Globalganapati Platform and for accessing the Globalganapati Platform.

VI) The Globalganapati Platform is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

VII) By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.

VIII) You further agree and confirm that you, intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

c) If at any time Globalganapati Platform is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you on any subscriptions.

You are a valued customer, and we recognize that protecting your privacy is important to you. For this reason, we are committed to protecting the personal information you provide in a variety of ways. Secured socket layer ("SSL") technology is used for data transmission from our server to your device and we do not directly process any payments and do not store your credit card information, payment transactions if any are handled with third-party service provider partners. Your Registration Information may be protected by a unique customer password and user ID. You should not disclose your password or OTP information to anyone and you should always remember to log off if using a shared computer. The Platform does not share directly contact information (mobile number or email) of the member. We have taken certain security protections in safeguarding your personal information. However, as with most electronic transactions, no method is 100% safe. While we strive to use a commercially acceptable means to protect the personal information you provide, we cannot guarantee its security. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that we assume no liability regarding the theft, loss, alteration or misuse of personal or other information or Content, including, without limitation, such information that has been provided to third parties or other users, or with regards to the failure of a third party to abide by the agreement between us and such third party.

a) Globalganapati platform only provides software features to publish groups, facilities, pages, blog / event / other type of posts and matrimony profiles to members with these Terms on the Platform. Although you may be able to conduct payment and other transactions through the Platform, using third-party vendors such as Globalganapati Platform is not in any way involved in such transactions. As a result, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Globalganapati Platform is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and shall have no liability to any party in connection with such transactions. You use the Service and the Platform at your own risk.

b) You understand that Globalganapati Platform does not control, and is not responsible for ads, posts, groups, pages, facilities information, matrimony profiles, messages between users, including without limitation e-mails sent from outside Globalganapati Platform’s domain or other means of electronic communication, whether through the Platform or another Third Party Website or offerings, comments, user postings, files, images, photos, video, sounds, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, matrimony profile information and groups and pages information or any other material made available through the Platform and the Service ("Content"), and that by using the Platform and the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for and must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will Globalganapati Platform be liable in any way for the Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the browsing, using or reading any Content listed, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Globalganapati Platform cannot and does not pre-screen or approve any Content, but that Globalganapati Platform has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, delete or move any Content that is or may be available through the Service, for violating these Terms and such violation being brought to Globalganapati Platform’s knowledge or for any other reason or no reason at all. Furthermore, the Platform and Content available through the Platform may contain links to other third-party websites ("Third Party Websites"), which are completely unrelated to Globalganapati Platform. If you link to Third Party Websites, you may be subject to those Third Party Websites’ terms and conditions and other policies. Globalganapati Platform makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such Third Party Website, and your linking to any other websites is completely at your own risk and Globalganapati Platform disclaims all liability thereto.

c) You acknowledge and agree that member or group admins, moderators are responsible for and must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content / Post / Profiles / Pages and Facility listing, members or group admins moderators have the options to publish or un-publish any posts and content. Globalganapati Platform does not control, and is not responsible for or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such posts and content.

d) Globalganapati Platform does not endorse any Content or any opinion, statement, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Globalganapati Platform expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. Globalganapati Platform does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Platform, and Globalganapati Platform may, at its sole discretion, remove any infringing Content if properly notified in accordance with applicable law that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice. Globalganapati Platform may also terminate a user's access to the Platform if they are determined to be a repeat infringer or found to be indulging in any act contrary to these Terms. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from the Platform more than twice. Further, at its sole discretion, Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to decide whether any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service and the consequences of posting, transmitting, linking, or publishing it. More specifically, you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, email, or otherwise make available via the Platform. In connection with such Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service by you, you affirm, acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree that:

a) You own or have and shall continue to, for such time the Content is available on the Platform, have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use such Content on the Service and Platform (including without limitation all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all such Content) and authorize Globalganapati Platform to use such Content to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Platform and these Terms;

b) You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person or business in the Content to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person or business to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Platform and these Terms.

c) You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content; however, by submitting any Content on the Platform, you hereby grant to Globalganapati Platform an irrevocable, non-cancellable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Platform and Globalganapati Platform's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform and Content therein (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now or hereafter known. These rights are required by Globalganapati Platform in order to host and display your Content.

d) By posting Content to any public area of the Platform, you agree to and do hereby grant to Globalganapati Platform all rights necessary to prohibit or allow any subsequent aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the Content on the Service or Platform by any party for any purpose.

e) You also hereby grant each user of the Platform, a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Platform, and the right to contact you with regard to the Content posted by you through private chat or any other means. The foregoing license to each user granted by you terminates once you or Globalganapati Platform remove or delete such Content from the Platform.

f) While Globalganapati Platform does not accept any obligation to monitor the content/information in matromony profile, if the content/information is found not to be in compliance with these Terms and conditions, Globalganapati Platform may delete the content/information and / or terminate or suspend your registration or (without a refund of any subscription paid by you). You agree that if the situation warrants Globalganapati Platform may at its sole discretion put restriction on any Globalganapati Platform member to other member's communications.

g) Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to proceed/initiate appropriate steps under the prevailing law against infringement by violators of the its proprietary rights or for illegally copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling of any such proprietary information including using it for commercial purpose in any manner whatsoever.

h) Globalganapati Platform will investigate on Illegal and prohibitive Content and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication/Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content which:

I) content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual

II) promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous

III) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

IV) involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"

V) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files

VI) harasses or advocates harassment of another person

VII) provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

VIII) displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind

IX) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses

X) engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

XI) solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users

You agree not to post, email, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information on the Platform, or otherwise make available Content:

I) That violates any law or regulation;

II) That is copyrighted or patented, protected by trade secret or trademark, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission or a license from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Globalganapati Platform all of the license rights granted herein;

III) That infringes any of the foregoing intellectual property rights of any party, or is Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, regulation, contractual or fiduciary relationship(s);

IV) That is harmful, abusive, unlawful, threatening, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or other rights, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling or harms or could harm minors in any way or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;

V) That harasses, degrades, intimidates, or is hateful towards any individual or group of individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;

VI) That violates any (local) equal employment laws, including but not limited to those prohibiting the stating, in any advertisement for employment, a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability of the applicant.

VII) That threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation;

VIII) That includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

IX) That impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Globalganapati Platform employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents an affiliation with a person or entity;

X) Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

XI) That is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch" offer;

XII) That constitutes or contains "pyramid schemes," "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or unsolicited advertisements of a commercial nature;

XIII) That constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if (1) posted in areas or categories of the Platform which are not designated for such purposes; or (2) e-mailed to Globalganapati Platform users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products, or commercial interests;

XIV) That includes links to commercial services or Third-Party Websites, except as specifically allowed by Globalganapati Platform;

XV) That advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by applicable law;

XVI) That contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or any other computer resource;

XVII) That disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to the Platform, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Platform; or

XVIII) That employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers, or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.

XIX) That belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;

XX) That is harmful to child;

XXI) That deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;

XXII) That is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

Additionally, you agree not to:

I) Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or makes unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose, specifically, contact any user to post an advertisement on a third-party website or post any advertisement on behalf of such user; or to "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;

II) Make any libelous or defamatory comments or postings to or against anyone;

III) Collect personal data about other users or entities for commercial or unlawful purposes;

IV) Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download or scrape data from the Service, except for internet search engines (e.g., Google/Bing) and non-commercial public archives that comply with our robots.txt file;

V) Post Content that is outside the local area or not relevant to the local area, repeatedly post the same or similar Content, or otherwise impose unreasonable or disproportionately large loads on our servers and other infrastructure;

VI) Post the same content or service in multiple categories or in multiple areas;

VII) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems owned or controlled by Globalganapati Platform or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the Platform.

VIII) Use any form of automated device or computer program (sometimes referred to as "flagging tools") that enables the use of Globalganapati Platform's "flagging system" or other community control systems without each flag being manually entered by a human that initiates the flag (an "automated flagging device"), or use any such flagging tool to remove posts of competitors, other third parties or to remove posts without a reasonable good faith belief that the post being flagged violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

IX) Use any automated device or software that enables the submission of automatic postings on Globalganapati Platform without human intervention or authorship (an "automated posting device"), including without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device in connection with bulk postings, or for automatic submission of postings at certain times or intervals; or

X) Any Content uploaded by you shall be subject to relevant laws and may disabled, or and may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the privacy policy of the Platform, we may terminate your account/block your access to the Platform and we reserve the right to remove any non-compliant Content uploaded by you.

a) Any information / data required by Globalganapati Platform for using the Globalganapati Platform services shall be provided by the Globalganapati Platform Member, as and when so sought by Globalganapati Platform.

b) You are requested to verify the credentials of the prospect, exercise due care and caution regarding their profile information which includes marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, pre-existing illness, physical disability, mental disorder etc. and satisfy yourself before making a choice of your match. Globalganapati Platform shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its members.

c) Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 6 (six) months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Globalganapati Platform shall retain their right to remove such profiles.

d) Members for any of the profiles, are advised to refrain from

I) using abusive language when they communicate with the other Members

II) being discriminative or using racial comments etc

III) violating any law for the time being in force.

IV) sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.

V) entering into any financial transactions with prospects. Members shall not seek financial help or provide financial help from / to the other Members

VI) entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.

VII) from mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.

e) Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favours, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don't involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.

f) You acknowledge and agree that, you will regularly log in to the profile maintained in the Platform and send expression of interest which is an automated messages to prospects as a free member, and in the event prospect accepts your connection request, you can send personalized messages to prospects. Member may also review the expression of interest sent by you / read the messages sent to you by prospects and may respond suitably.

g) If the Member fails to update in Platform, any change in the particulars furnished in their profile, then the membership may be suspended by Globalganapati Platform at its sole discretion.

i) member shall, in case of finalization of his/her/their Registrant's marriage, delete their profile by themselves or intimate Globalganapati Platform for removal/deletion of their profile.

j) Members agree to use secure devices, software and networks in a private place for accessing the Globalganapati Platform services.

k) member shall not use any kind of Bots like web robots, Chatbot, IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other automated processes/programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with Globalganapati Platform and/or its members.

l) Members shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerabilities of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform nor breach the security measures instituted by Globalganapati Platform.

m) members are expected to approach Globalganapati to resolve their complaints and grievances and shall not air their grievance/complaints in social media.

n) You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses.

o) Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Platform. In exercising this right, Globalganapati Platform may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Platform. If you fail to produce such evidence to the satisfaction of Globalganapati Platform, Globalganapati Platform may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership and realted matrimony profiles thereof.

p) Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our Platform. Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees if any.

q) You are strongly advised to submit copy of your Adhaar Card, Driving License, Passport or any other Government issued identity and add a trust badge to your profiles.

r) except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.

s) Members are expected to exercise safety precautions for their privacy and safety. A suggestive guideline of such precautions is enlisted under security tips "Safety Guidelines". By becoming a Member you hereby agree to read, abide and adhere to the said Tips.

a) You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS, notification messages and calls from Globalganapati Platform and members of Globalganapati Platform as long as you are a registered member of Globalganapati Platform including SMS permission for authenticating mobile verification wand transactions via OTP, sent by the Payment Gateway. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of community services, matrimony service, other enquiries and promotions.

b) Globalganapati Platform reserve the right at its sole discretion to restrict/suspend your free access to its platform based on review of the member's activity, status or any such criteria Globalganapati Platform may deems fit and proper with due intimation to you.

c) You confirm that the Content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.

d) You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Globalganapati Platform Members. Although Globalganapati Platform cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Globalganapati Platform, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

e) Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to screen communications/chat messages that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/messages at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.

f) Members who subscribe to the Globalganapati Platform Select Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Notice of claims of copyright infringement can be sent to us in writing to the address located under the Contact section on the website.

Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Globalganapati Platform service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

a) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed

b) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest

c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform.

d) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

e) your address, telephone number, and email address

f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

a) You acknowledge that your account is identified and linked through your mobile number through which you have registered. In the event you have more than one account linked through your mobile number, Globalganapati Platform reserves the right to remove or restrict the usage of such duplicate accounts.

b) You acknowledge and agree that Globalganapati Platform, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your e-mail or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Platform, for any reason or no reason at all, including, without limitation, if Globalganapati Platform believes that you have violated these Terms of this Agreement.

c) Further, you agree that Globalganapati Platform shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Platform or the Service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after any such termination.

d) You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Globalganapati Platform. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

e) If Globalganapati Platform receives any complaint against you and consequently we have suspended/deleted your profile in good faith, then we shall not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever, including for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequence, if any.

f) Upon termination / suspension of Globalganapati Platform membership, your right to use or access the Globalganapati Platform services will cease immediately. All provisions of this terms and conditions that by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the Globalganapati Platform Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.

This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to Globalganapati Platform or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of Globalganapati Platform and should not use the Globalganapati Platform Service for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Platform, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Platform will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

To protect your privacy and understand our practices as amended from time to time , please read and follow our Privacy Policy which also governs your visit to Globalganapati Platform and its subsidaries, the personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of Globalganapati Platform will be treated as confidential and in accordance with the Privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations. a) Members are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with the matrimony prospect or vice versa. Globalganapati Platform expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information etc. between any members, interest via e-mail, chat, interaction, Whatsapp or any other medium of communication between members either using platform or otherwise.

b) Globalganapati Platform has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the members, and Globalganapati Platform shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.

c) Globalganapati Platform is not a broker or the agent of any member, and Globalganapati Platform does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the members and matrimony prospects or the results of their discussion.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" OR "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Globalganapati Platform, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof. Globalganapati Platform makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the platform's content or the content of any third-party websites linked to the platform and assumes no liability or responsibility for any

a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content,

b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the platform and service,

c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,

d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform,

e) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party, and/or

f) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, communicated, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the platform or the service.

g) Globalganapati Platform does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the platform or any hyperlinked website or featured in any banner or other advertising,

h) and Globalganapati Platform will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and/or other users and/or third-party providers of products or services.

i) the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.

j) Globalganapati Platform does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage or alliance by choosing to register on our platform and using our services (both paid and free).

o) any cyber crime attempted or committed by anyone and any incident of force-majeure or 'act of god'.

r) Globalganapati Platform shall not be liable for the outcome of during any interaction in a meeting, call, sms, chat, email or social media posts at any point of time

s) Any issues relating to any technical malfunction of any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failure due to spamming or any combination of the above.

u) The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by Globalganapati Platform is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Globalganapati Platform. Globalganapati Platform shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the use of Globalganapati Platform service.

v) Under no circumstances will Globalganapati Platform be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Platform or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Globalganapati Platform or transmitted to Globalganapati Platform Members. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other Members.

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements or other unsolicited communications to Globalganapati Platform email addresses or through Globalganapati Platform computer systems is expressly prohibited by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that from time to time Globalganapati Platform may monitor email/chat usage using human monitors or automated software to flag certain words associated with spam or scams in emails/chat messages that are sent between one user to another in the Globalganapati Platform. Any communication between yourself and any other user utilizing the communication features available on the Service and the Platform may be used only in accordance with the Terms. Any unauthorized use of Globalganapati Platform computer systems is a violation of these Terms and certain applicable laws. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

Globalganapati Platform or its Office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible to the platform member or his/her authorized Representative or Registrant or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages resulting from the use of our Platform/Services/Third Party Website(s).

Globalganapati Platform informs you that the exchange of profile(s) through or by Globalganapati Platform should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation and / or advice or guarantee given to the Globalganapati Platform member, from/ or by Globalganapati Platform.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Globalganapati Platform's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Globalganapati Platform, for the Service during the term of membership and no further.

The Globalganapati Platform Members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and / or differences if any shall be governed by the Laws of India and submitting to the exclusive Jurisdiction of appropriate court of law in Shimoga, Karnataka, India.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Globalganapati Platform, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers, and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from

a) your use of and access to the Platform and/or the Service

b) your violation of any term of these Terms

c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property, or privacy right or

d) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive termination, modification, or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Service and the Platform.

A) Jurisdiction: The laws of India shall be applicable.

B) Arbitration of Disputes: The Parties shall discuss among themselves and resolve any disputes informally. We are interested in attempting to resolve any Disputes by amicable and informal means, and we encourage you to contact us before resorting to arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 ( sixty ) days from the date of such dispute , then such dispute may only be resolved through an individual arbitration conducted in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996, by sole arbitrator. The seat of Arbitration shall be Shimoga, Karnataka, India. We shall appoint the sole arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language

C) However, Disputes relating to infringement of our intellectual property rights, which we may elect to have resolved by means other than arbitration.

D) Enforcement Any proceeding to enforce this arbitration agreement may be brought in Courts of Shimoga, Karnataka, India.

a) By becoming a Member of the Globalganapati Platform, you agree to receive certain specific email from Globalganapati Platform and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason quickly and easily by clicking on the unsubscribe link enclosed in the mail.

b) This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Platform and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Globalganapati Platform, contains the entire agreement between you and Globalganapati Platform regarding the use of the Platform and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
